About this blog

I am Roger, Founder and Consultant at EPM for NetSuite Nordics, an Oslo based company that gathers the best consultants in Europe to support NetSuite users during their journey of implementation of Oracle NetSuite EPM to create proper Analytical Accounting processes. You can connect with me at LinkedIn.
I’ve been talking with customers about the benefits about Oracle Enterprise Performance Management products for more than 10 years, being the last years a consultant myself, so when NetSuite announced the availability of the products Enterprise customers already had, with a targeted pricing for SME, I’ve decided to share the value and potential through this blog as an extension to my company website www.epm4ns.com
My goal is that all NetSuite ERP users know the value that NetSuite EPM offers to their FP&A, Consolidation, Reconciliation, ESG reporting, Workforce and Sales Planning processes, and the great ROI it provides
I don’t do that work by myself, so here are some of the talented consultants who share their knowledge too (most of them prefer to be anonymous).
Consultant Alpha. Expertise: NetSuite Profitability & Cost (NSPC)
Lives in the Americas but serves European customers, started his career as Cost Management consultant with Deloitte more than 20 years ago, and then implementing BPC (bought by SAP some years ago). Currently has his own Oracle EPM practice in the USA, and is an advisor to PwC in several countries regarding their Oracle EPM practice. Currently is leading several Oracle Profitability & Cost Management (PCM) projects. Has had some experience in almost all industries, but his key strenghts are Financial Services and Healthcare industries. Holds a Sustainability Busines Practices Certificate by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and is working hard to pass the tricky Oracle PCM Certified Implementer (NetSuite Profitability & Cost), while providing advice to EPM for NetSuite Nordics customers too.

Based in the Americas but serving European customers too, started his involvement with Oracle EPM since 2010 as consultant for Business Intelligence supporting customers using Oracle Essbase (the database where NSPB runs) and Oracle Hyperion Planning (the “gran dad” of NSPB). Has deep experience in the Data Management (now Data Exchange) module of NSPB, and has participated in almost all industries that have implemented NSPB or its Oracle equivalente PBCS. Regarding certifications, he prefers to assign his time to self-learning towards complicated customer- related data integration issues in NetSuite EPM and Oracle EPM.

Has been working with Oracle financial systems since 2005 and its different components (several related to BI and reporting), but since 2015 got formally “engaged” with Oracle PBCS (NSPB equivalent to Enterprise customers).
